Baltimore, MD (June 8, 2017): SIG congratulates Rachel Druckenmiller, MS, Director of Wellbeing, on her receipt of the Thriving Workplace Culture Certificate from Salveo Partners, LLC allowing her to become a licensed Thriving Workplace Culture Consultant ™.
The Thriving Workplace Culture Training Program trains professionals to guide organizations through a process of creating sustainable transformation by focusing on the The Fusion of organizational development and employee wellbeing. The training provides the most up-to-date science to focus on what really works when it comes to changing cultures and behaviors.

Rachel has led the wellness efforts at SIG since 2007. In her role, she guides and supports organizations to connect with and engage their employees in meaningful ways, so they can become an employer of choice with a thriving workplace culture. She has guided both SIG and their clients to receive local and national wellness awards.
Rachel was recognized as the Top Health Promotion Professional in the U.S. by the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) in 2015 and among the Top 10 in 2017. She is certified through the Human Resources Institute as a Wellness Culture Coach and by the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) as a Well Workplace Practitioner, Faculty Status. She holds designations as an Integrative Nutrition Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Culinary Nutrition Expert (CNE) through the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Health Science.
